   Always a pleasure getting my brows threaded with Lucci, she's so lovely and I love how my brows look every time she does them. She's hygeinic too - she gives me anti-bac before I have to hold my brows taught which is something noone else does. The atmosphere is also really welcoming, thank you for my beautiful brows Lucci x

   I’ve been attending the salon regularly for the past 4/5 months for eyebrow threading and I’m very happy with the results. Luchie has given me a good shape that doesn’t get too messy in between appointments, she is efficient and quick, and even though threading can be painful, I don’t mind doing it here since she is a true professional. Definitely recommended!

   Scam.. Bought a voucher for a 60-minute massage as a gift for a friend, called severally via email and phone calls as instructed on the voucher when booking an appointment. LD Faces never responded or even offered a date. I have requested a refund as my voucher has expired due to her incompetence and am still waiting for my refund.. AVOID AVOID AVOID..NEVER AGAIN BOOKING HER SERVICES.

   The customer service was interesting when trying to book an appointment. I presume it was because there was only one member of staff. Once I got there, they were professional enough and the massage was okay. However, I booked a full body massage and was a little irritated by the massues' approach when she got to my feet. She seemed to panic, spray my feet with some kind of alcohol spray (which made them really cold), and then did a really flimsy massage on them. My feet are pedicured and well maintained so it's not that they were dry, dirty, or crusty, she just had a clear aversion to feet which is an odd disposition in that line of work

   I booked an hour long massage with Pam. It was amazing. I went in with so much tension and stress, whole body was aching. The massage was strong like I wanted but just the right intensity. Iv come back feeling so light and relaxed. Highly recommend it!

   I went for a 60 minute Swedish massage with Pam. It was the best massage I’ve had and I Ieft feeling so much looser, in areas that I didn’t even realise I was holding tension. She is a very skilled masseuse. I’ll definitely be back.
