   Both women are amazing but Emma is my therapist and is bloody amazing! Very informative about what is going on with my skin. Have so many different treatments on offer that I didn’t even know they did! Highly highly recommend for anyone who just needs an hour to relax with a facial or anyone with genuine concerns

   Pregnancy massage as my friend had got me a voucher. Very welcoming and they were expecting me. I wasn’t given any instructions where to put my things in the room or how I should lie on the bed. Massage it’s was nice. Very gentle and relaxing (like stroking my skin with zero pressure). It was very different to any massage I’ve had before so couldn’t compare it. Relaxing but didn’t relieve muscle tension. Off putting at the end when the therapist was nowhere in sight, instead someone I hadn’t seen before saying “so did you want to book again”. I felt this was quite unprofessional and definitely off putting to actually book again. Never had a massage where the therapist wasn’t there at the end.

   I’ve been visiting Sarah/Emma and the team for the last 6months and highly recommend the advice, treatments and service. My skin is improving and Sarah provides me with honest advice on what my skin needs and products to use. Enjoying my treatment plan and want to try more of their services in the future.

   I've had a lot of work on my body through the years and am very fussy about how people massage me - the seek the best and expect the best. After reading the couple of low ratings on here, I was hesitant, but on treatwell website they had all 5 stars so I gave it a go. So glad I did! The manager, Sarah, massaged me and gave and a wonderful, deep tissue but gentle message. I have many sore areas on my body and she navigated them intuitively without me needing to ask for any adjustments. I will agree that the technique was a bit repetitive and that is an area that could be improved, but the pressure was perfect, her touch filled with full presence, the bed nicely heated, pleasant music, lights and temperature. Sarah's 10 years' experience shone through and I suspect I may become a regular.

   I get my legs waxed here every 4-6 weeks by Emma. From the moment I started coming here, Emma has made me feel right at home and extremely comfortable on top of delivering excellent waxes for my legs. I moved 2 hours away and happily travel for 2 hours for my waxing sessions as I find them to be an invaluable part of my self care. Emma is fantastic and I always, always look forward to seeing her. The spa and its staff are so welcoming and I recommend them to anyone who may be looking for a new beauty place. And just to emphasise how good they are, I passed out on my way to an appointment and insisted on continuing my journey because I didn’t want to miss my appointment and catch up with Emma. I cannot rate this spa enough!

   Had a facial here as a birthday gift. Gabby was so lovely and very informative about products for my skin type etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone she really knows her stuff and gave the most relaxing massage! Also salon very clean etc. Thank you Gabby
