   Yesterday was my first time at Serenity for highlights, trim and blowdry and eyebrow wax. Jess was amazing. She put complimenting colours into my hair, better than I've had elsewhere. I felt really welcome and the atmosphere was really nice. Jess really listened to what I wanted and gave me that. Following from that I had my eyebrows waxed, I felt really relaxed, I felt no pain or discomfort and I could have dozed off if I had more time. I highly recommend this beauty and hair salon it will now be my regular. I had the most amazing highlights for a 1/4 of the price I paid last time I went to the hairdresser and they are by far a much better colour. All of the staff are wonderful and everything was in one shop. You can also book online from the comfort of your home.

   Gemma saved my hair! I had received an awful colour/highlights at another salon as Gemma was too busy for an appointment that week. I called Gemma in a panic as I was going on a trip and she managed to squeeze me in and transformed my hair. So pleased and grateful

   My 1st visit, despite telling stylist that my bob needed some layers and thinning, no layers were added and indeed no thinning either, a poor cut, very disappointed, i wish stylists would listen more to the clients requirements On the plus side nice salon and polite staff

   Love getting my hair done here by Jemma, she always does a really great job with my highlights and cut, and I leave with a fab blow out. Beware the adorable dog who will use her puppy dog eyes to try and guilt you into giving her the biscuit you get with your coffee/tea. Very hard to resist that little face! I recommend hiding the biscuit and giving her a pat and sneakily eat it when she's not looking

   Highly recommend Serenity - staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Gemma has been cutting my hair for over 15 years, and it is testament to her skill that whichever salon she has worked in, I have followed! I was delighted when she opened Serenity. She takes the time to listen to what the customer wants, but isn't afraid to give honest advice - a great combination!
