Highly recommended. I don’t live in Biggin Hill so don’t go often but it’s always a real treat to get a pedicure at Lotus. The staff are lovely, it’s good value, and my feet always look and feel great.

Awful experience! Extremely rude lady! Toes and nails did not match at all might as well had black and white! Would not rectify and would have had to pay to be redone and was their mistake! Very rude!
I have been regularly going to Lotus for many months now. Sylvia and her colleagues are always welcoming. They are really thorough and every set of nails I have had done has been spot on. They easily last between sessions, unchipped and with absolutely no discoloration. I have been to other nail bars but won't now go anywhere else.
Have had my nails done here a few times nothing with the nails but the customer service and the rudest lady I have ever come across. Will never go back and suggest nobody ever bothers to go there. Called in this morning not even a hallo can I help just looks at you like a piece of - - - - I asked to buy a voucher for my daughter inlaws birthday which would take the whole of about 4mins to be told to come back she was busy (she was doing a top coat on a lady ) I explained to her that I was just on my way up to Norfolk and her attitude was don't care come back or sit and wait. I'm a bit puzzled as when she's ever done my nails it's never been a problem for her to answer the phone,ring her kid ,watch tv,or ring her family on the other side of the world and chat to them for 45 mins at the top of their voices so not quite sure why she couldn't of just politely asked the customer if she didn't mind doing the voucher. I wouldn't give her the 1 star as her attitude absolutely stinks.
Had to make an appointment to go back as gel nails done one week ago @ £30 discolored - photo attached. I called to make an appointment - not remembering the lady's name but she was so rude to me when I asked her name to greet her that I could not bring myself to spend any further of my hard earned money with Lotus. Very disappointing. I had similar nails done elsewhere and did not have the same experience. Very disappointed!!! What are you hiding lady?
I left Biggin Hill 4 years ago but have not found a nail shop since to even compare with Sylvia and Tu at Lotus. Really miss you both Eileen Bailey
