I had the pleasure of training with both Sarah and Abbie at the Sarah Crawford Academy now known as Craft and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their teamwork throughout the aesthetic training was seamless, creating a professional yet approachable learning environment. Both are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, delivering aesthetic training and treatments with precision and care for students and clients on the daily basis. The training provided pre course,during and after was clear, thorough, and reassuring, ensuring everything was understood and that I felt fully supported at every stage. The standard of both service and training was excellent, combining professionalism with genuine warmth and attention to detail. Models that were provided and were receiving treatments on the day were extremely pleased and the majority had already enquired about booking for further treatments before the left. If you are looking for high-quality aesthetic training and treatments, the Sarah Crawford Academy aka Craft are truly outstanding.
I travelled from Newcastle for training at the academy. Sarah was professional, extremely informative and ensured I felt 100% confident throughout the training whilst providing lots of models. My only downside is that the academy isn’t closer to my home or I’d train there constantly!!! One of the best trainers I’ve ever had
8 courses and a week long business retreat in 12 months. This is how good they are! This is my happy place. Thanks to Sarah and Abby I always leave feeling highly trained, highly confident & absolutely exhausted from the number of models we have to learn on and from. Just simply wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Warning: I had PRP booked with this academy for £50 they cancelled on me a day before and said they would hold the money on credit which was fine. However they then said you can get the non model treatment for £70 more. I asked for another date or a refund which they could not offer and then consistently read the terms and conditions back to me after they had cancelled on me. They took my money and then did not reply. I would be very careful booking anything with them as they have no problem taking your money then reading you the t&c’s when they cancel the procedure….
Highly recommend this salon! Iv had a few treatments done with Sarah and she’s always so polite, professional and friendly. So knowledgeable on such a wide range on treatments and always able to answer my long list of questions! Salon is beautiful decorated, very clean and tidy. All the girls are very welcoming and chat with me before and after my treatment. Best place in the area by far!

See Sarah after she advised me not to have tear through filler. But went ahead anyway. ( was done by somebody else I'll add). She corrected problem with dissolving it today. And within hours I look better than I have in months. She has great knowledge & experience. So pls use her as she will focus on making you look better ,not just to make money. If she says your not compatible for a treatment, pls believe her your not. Lessen learnt. Will never use anyone else again.
I’ve been going to Sarah for almost 2 years now and she is the best. Always taking the time to explain the process and is transparent about the results- which I really appreciate. I definitely recomment her, she’s changed the way I think about aesthetic
I’ve been having treatments at this salon for a while now, and what ever I have from false eyelashes to Botox and a few harsher treatments. I am always amazed by the results, and I trust that my face is in safe hands with Sarah.
