   I had my eyebrows microbladed Tuesday 30th December (2025) with Noreen. I'm absolutely thrilled with the initial result, such a natural look! Noreen was fabulous! A really kind, experienced lady who made me feel at ease from the off. I'd highly recommend.

   I just had an amazing aromatherapy massage provided by Noreen . She had a very positive energy and you can tell she is very experienced . The room was spotless and the products she used very lush . Her technique was perfect for my needs . I left feeling very rejuvenated and relaxed . Definitely will be booking more treatments with Noreen .

   Avoid!!!! Had my lash extensions done in loads of different salons before, never an issue, I was abandoned after an hour and a half by lady doing my lashes. Another girl came to take over and tell me that my lashes weren’t done right, she proceeded to pull some off, really sore. She tried to reassure me by saying the lady was qualified which made me seriously think she is not qualified. She said she had another client so couldn’t fix it then, but I could come back the following day to get them redone or removed!!! An hour and a half for sore eyes with half done lashes like giant crazy spider legs! Next day I went back, baring in mind I have barely any free time and now getting them taken off, two appointments, two people babysitting, for no lashes, just wanted them off by this point. Totally different girl taking them off, when I said the chemical was stinging my eyes, she dripped water on top, which diluted said chemical, flooding my eyes… ouuuuccchhh! When I stated how much this was hurting, she asked if I had opened my eyes?!? Yeah, clearly this was my fault. My eyes are now totally bloodshot, and bruised eyelid. To be fair to them in part, they offered me a free voucher and gave me a refund….free voucher?!? Yeah, I’d rather have glue removing chemicals burn my eyes than go there again!!!!… oh wait…

   I've been here twice now and usually talk to Shy over the phone, she's always accomodating, very chilled and reasonable, always rings back and is overall brilliant - I Was booked in with Noreen today, she was absolutely amazing, she took her time and even gave extra time to perfect the treatment, she was precise, professional, experienced and so gentle and I'm very pleased. I will definitely be coming back to this place. Worth it!

   Booked a 1hr 30min massage last minute on treatwell. Noreen welcomed me into the salon (which was very clean). Very humble, kind lady. I asked for a relaxing massage and that is exactly what I got. I will be booking again. 100% recommend a massage with Noreen.

   Sorry to say, but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED by the Treatment and Service I recieved from HMB SALON. I booked my Eyelash course with them, and the day I arrived, their salon was SHUT!! I called around 10 times on their number and no one answered. A few days later, when they finally returned my call, we re arranged for another date (4 weeks later). I then called a day before the course, and the lady said, that there was NO BOOKING! I was quite frustrated and very annoyed at this point!!.. so then she said she will book me in for another 4 weeks down the line, and I said NO, and I wanted my money back, so then she booked me in 2 weeks after. The course required us to bring in a model, for us to do our lashes on. When I arrived at the course, the tutor was very helpful and showed us how to apply lashes on fake heads. But then when it came down to applying lashes on our models, NO ONE brought on their own models!!! As they were not INFORMED about bringing in their own models. So the tutor asked me, to share MY model for the other girls to PRACTICE on?? At this point I was FUMING!! As I paid and picked up my model, and brought her to the salon, and now I had to share my model??!!! Besides that, the glue the tutor gave us, was RUBBISH!!!!! it was very CHEAP, and not sticking at all!!!! I spent 3 hours on my model, trying to stick her lashes on, and other girls took over too, ans couldn’t handle it too, as the glue was not sticking!! The whole experience was horrible, I’ve been so put off by lashing now, due to what I experienced with HMB SALON. If they had provided a correct sticking good glue, and told the other girls to bring In their own models. I wouldn’t have been so put off. I could not believe I sat there for 3 hours ; doing my models lashes and only 8-10 lashes stuck on!!! And that was only due to her rubbish cheap glue!! I would NOT recommend this place!! As they are UNPROFESSIONAL and use CHEAP products!!!
