   Been going to this salon since Gemma was in her school uniform, and I’ve always been satisfied with the service given. I’m giving only 1 star , not because they aren’t good at what they do (that’s why I’ve been a customer for TEN YEARS), but because lately, for reasons unknown to myself , they do not seem to want my custom! I’ve tried several times to call for an appointment, but each time I say my name I am given a lame excuse (“I’m just dealing with another customer , could you give us a call back?) as to why they cannot book me an appointment. I do not understand this, because surely this can’t be the case Everytime?? Anyway, I’m not going to keep trying, they obviously didn’t value my custom, so I won’t be calling back. Such a shame as it is a well structured service.

   By far the best nail shop in eltham!! The girls all work so hard to make your experience the best and are so so polite! I recently moved to Brighton for uni and now come home every time I want my nails done as they are simply the best! Never a dull moment with Gemma, Sam and Mia they make you feel so so welcome❤️
