Went to collect photos, 8 were missing. Went back to get the rest. Got home and 7 were missing. Asked them to send the rest out because of how badly they had messed up and got told no chance mate. Customer service used to exist but not anymore, quite embarrassing really.
After 3 weeks and speaking to several members of staff there are still rodent droppings visible at one of the windows. I know its behind collection lockers but still visible from outside. I certainly wouldn't be buying food items from here.

The shop is well laid out, bright and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products – from health and beauty to toiletries, baby essentials and seasonal gifts. The pharmacy service is excellent too, very reliable and efficient, which makes picking up prescriptions really convenient. The staff are always welcoming, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need. I’ve always found the shelves well stocked and prices competitive, especially with the Advantage Card offers. It’s also in a great location on Elk Mill Shopping Park with plenty of free parking right outside, so it’s very easy to pop in while doing the rest of your shopping. Overall, a brilliant Boots branch that combines convenience with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!
Ordered from uber eats. Needed 2 things urgently and put 2 other things in the basket to get the money up. The 2 things i needed were not in stock and because they started picking it, I couldn't cancel the order. Had to pay delivery fee and service charge for something i didnt want because Boots didnt keep their stock list up to date.
Very good for picking up prescriptions from pharmacy, get a text when ready after ordering through NHS app via doc... Update: have noticed it now takes longer to get the text to say prescription is ready. This last time had to pop in at weekend, not ready, phone up midweek (took four attempts to get someone to pick up) and then a few hours later the text arrived saying prescription was sorted. Friend has also said they thought service was getting slower and when I was in at the weekend another customer was complaining that the service was now poor. Looks like there is a theme starting to develop, will have to watch this... No longer get the texts, just go in when the pharmacy will be quiet and wait while my repeat prescription is filled.
Boots Elk Mill Repeat prescriptions never ready, past few occasions I ordered 8 days prior and still had a long wait for my meds to be dispensed. Used to be a really good friendly pharmacy but past six months their service has deteriorated and now looking for new supplier.
As always make up counter staff...on Saturday morning at elk mill ...fantastic, helpful,informative and caring...job done with a smile ...Top marks
Poor service I’m afraid. Late ordering scripts on a regular basis. Called to collect a script last night which they had received 8 days ago wasn’t ready. They told me 30 minutes. I couldn’t hold on that long so came back today they said they don’t have it in stock when they had it last night. I SAW the box! So 9 days later I have no meds. There seems to be a high turnover of staff and the place looked in disarray with stock all over the floor. What was once a reasonably good service has now diminished to absolute chaos. Needless to say this is the very last time I will use their service. Extremely disappointing for such a household named pharmacy.
Had booked 2 flu vaccine appointments at 17.45, one was seen at 18.20 the other paid appointment for 19 year old got seen at 18.35 charged at £16.99. Slow service and they may overcharge for vaccines which are £15.00 when searching uk cost.
