   My go to for all things nails and beauty! Lisa is a magician and painted nails that I had shown her on instagram with the exact (I think even better) nail art than what I showed her!!! Recently have also had an amazing experience with Rina who comes from the Loughton branch I believe - did facial and soak off + manicure and oh my God I cannot stop praising her. Her technique, attention to detail and skill is simply incredible. She is very warm and treated me like her own and that really adds the cherry to the cake in quality of service. The best facial I’ve had till now!

   I tried a lash lift here due to the convenience of the location and now I won't go anywhere else! Shirin is great, she is professional and takes pride in providing the treatment to a high standard. The results are always fantastic and Shirin offers great after care advice meaning my lift lasts for weeks much longer than other places. I also recently had my brows done and I'm so pleased with how they turned out. Shirin is lovely and I will continue to go back to her for treatments. I would highly recommend!

   I did my nails here last time and I absolutely loved it. I also told the lady that it’s very rare when I love my nails so much. Therefore I went back to them. It was a different lady who did my nails today and looked like she is new. She did such a terrible job that I can’t even look at my nails. I also told her that I don’t really like them, I don’t like the shape and how it looks but she said she will file them and fix them which will look better so I was waiting patiently. Then when it was almost done I told her again I don’t like the shape but she was convincing me that how my nails actually are, which is not really true. I think you guys should hire someone who has good knowledge of the job as it’s not very cheap either. I wanted to remove my old extensions and do acrylic on my nails which costed me £55.

   It was my first visit at this salon and based on the reviews I’ve read, I had high expectations. I expressed that I’m aiming for healthy looking gel nails, preferably slightly thicker with rubber base for additional support. I also asked to see some pictures of what the lady has done before so that I can make the decision making process easier by just picking one of them. Such choice was not given to me and I didn’t get why. I ended up with very very thin nails, that chapped literally on the same evening. It’s unevenly applied and found the whole experience rather stressful. Awful :((

   Lisa is the best !! No disrespect to the others but I have no words. She is such a professional girl and her talent on nail art is unique. Every time I’m having my nails done (by Lisa) I feel confident ,happy,relaxed ! I get so many compliments for my nails every time . I highly recommend this nails salon !

   Twice now I've been in to see Coco and both times she was absolutely fantastic. Changed my mind a few times and she was more than accommodating, even when I asked for some challenging patterns. I normally hate having my nails done but I'll be retuning to see Coco for my next event! Couldn't recommend better!
