I often use boots as this branch is a particularly good one - for medicines it has a wide range and a very helpful pharmacist and for makeup the ladies at the number 7 counter are fabulous - the perfume selection is huge with many tester perfumes - they also sell baby clothes and sunglasses etc - it’s a fabulous well kept customer friendly store.

Great store. Well stocked. I was assisted by a lovely lady who worked there called Linda and the manager who honoured a price deal.
Well not as good as last year. Service with one was very poor he was new but his manner was not as pleasant as the others. Plus I did not get phone call to pick up glasses. Told to come and pick them up.didnt give me appointment so I was kept waiting while they servered others
I was purchasing some hair products, but also I required something from the chemist side. I queued up and I reached the cashier, I asked for the items. The cashier was flustered as she was on her own, of what I understood. I asked for an item then another. The cashier had to go and get one then the other. She stated I could have told her both items to save her walking back. The cashier stated she had been verbally abused and shouted at that morning. When I came to pay, the cashier stated I could only pay for the items from the chemist counter and not the shop floor. So I had to go and queue up again. I felt so sorry for the cashier, BOOTS need to review their staffing levels and ensure nobody has to tolerate any abusive and verbal behaviour.
Bought mostly what we needed, felt sorry for the cashier who wasn't sure about the Love to Shop cards we were using. Turns out she had only been there a couple of days. Come on Boots, give your staff a chance, better training and assistance for new staff.
The store itself is fine, don't bother getting click and collect though! You'd be able to do your shop in branch, queue up, pay and be half way home before anybody ever appears at the photo counter the text tells you to collect it from.
