My daughter and I had a special occasion treat morning where nails were painted and little stickers applied. Ellie could not have been more lovely to my daughter. Its a lovely salon with a great breadth of services
I’ve always had my nails lashes and spray tans done here, the service is immaculate and the salon is always spotless. You can tell all the girls here genuinely like eachother and the vibes are always perfect. If I come into the salon having a bad day I always leave laughing out the door with perfect nails, eyelashes and a perfect tan…I’ve also purchased multiple retail items from here and they come beautifully packaged everytime and work wonders! Thank you girls for everything.
This is hands down the best salon in Chiselhurst …all of the staff are super friendly and kind, and they’re all very good at what they do. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and these women definitely do and it shows through there work. They go above and beyond for elderly customers which I think is very admirable and are even very well trained to work on children’s nails… I have on several occasions brought my elderly mother and my youngest daughter whose 7 to the salon and we have all gotten our nails done and everytime they come out perfect. My daughter knows all the girls names and constantly asks when we can go back lol. I’ve had massages , facials, eyebrows just about everything done here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep doing an amazing job girls.❤️ The salon itself is always clean and warm and even the cups that they serve hot drinks in are spotless which you don’t get in many salons these days! These girls are always doing something and I just want them to all know how much we as a family appreciate them❤️
just had my gel nails done at this salon and it was an awful experience. The technician took an hour and a half to do a simple gel application (no manicure included) it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. She seemed completely inexperienced. The products they used were poor quality: the gel looked old, applied unevenly, and the colour even varies from nail to nail. It’s honestly a joke. The receptionist was also unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. On top of that, when I called, they told me the appointment would cost £30, but I was charged £40.
This salon is the most awful I have ever been to. Not only is it the most expensive in chislehurst but the staff are unfriendly and insincere. The salon is always empty of customers and lacks any ambience. Take your custom elsewhere. The experience was so awful I couldn't give the place any stars.
This place is amazing. I'd a massage with Cathy which was brilliant and Chantelle is the best hairdresser I've found in years. Gave great hair advice and listened to me about my hair type and colour I wanted. Such a great spot!
I paid £43 for this messy manicure in Chislehurst. Aside from the fact, the spa does not offer Essie or OPI varnish, the shades of RED were limited as they were all glitter or shimmer - the one shade of red I wanted was nearly dried out. So we went for this Nude shade. The nail technician was more of a message therapist and her application was so heavy-handed. She applied multiple (five) thick coats which took ages to dry. She blamed the Morgan Taylor varnish for being thin and leaving thin spots. I waited over 20 minutes for the varnish to dry. The varnish was all over my cuticles. The shape of the nail was square in some and round in others. As of today - the varnish looks wrinkled and I could have done a better job on my own a home and saved myself £43 - £15 shellac removal / £28 express manicure. While the technician was friendly - the lady at the front desk didn't even ask how my experience was - or I would have told her all this. Not only will I avoid this salon like the plague, I would suggest you do to unless you want pay for a sub-mediocre manicure and shell out nearly 50-quid for it.
Best customer service! Mum and I would never go anywhere else, all staff give the best friendly service and make you feel very welcome. We always visit Shenel for our hair appointments, she has true magical talent and makes you feel great after every visit. Would highly recommend!
Had a lovely visit to Royal Parade Spa. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Had my hair cut by Shenel very professional and talented. Before starting anything had a little consultation what I would like to have done. I love my new hair style. Definitely recommend the Royal Parade spa.
