BEAUTIFUL!!! Gill is a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome, the room was immaculate & very tastefully decorated. Definitely worth staying here.
This place is absolutely diabolical. It smells, it’s unhygienic and the food is disgusting and highly overpriced (dinner was jam sandwiches and soup for £38, how that can be justified is just bizarre). Very bad customer service also.

Horrible. Woman co-owner incredibly rude. Facilities dated and old. Rather sleep in a tent on the M1 than attempt to suffer through this again.
Nice frendly and accommodating, I was leaving too early in the morning and was given sandwiches instead. :-) Also 4 pubs to choose from within a 2min walk
Can't recommend this "hotel" in any way. Freshly moved rooms are anything but clean (hair and stains from the previous guest in the bed) and that with two beds in a double room! Linen makes a baggy truck, fresh towels in the room were anything but clean. Sanitary facilities are anything but clean !!!!! Once and never again. Unfortunately I have to give one star......
