We stopped two nights in the 3 apartments. All really clean and well presented. Everything that you would need including tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc which was really lovely. Great communication too. Would highly recommend!
I contacted Yorkation at the VERY last minute after being seriously let down by another hotel in York. I asked after I booked if I could arrive within the hour and the guy I spoke to on the phone from Yorkation said that the William Morris suite was ready to go. So that was a massive saviour. The suite was clean, tidy, spacious and modern and you could not ask for a better location this is RIGHT on The Shambles and you'll hear the ghost walks and see some interesting sights from the lounge window. My only comment would be the sofa bed could have been a bit comfier.
Lovely apartments right on the Shambles you can't get a better location in York.
