   WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I attended for the first time and firstly my pedicure was of poor standard. It's cash only (for some reason) and throughout my time customers were going back and forth to the cash point. When I was almost finished I asked if it was cash only and where the nearest cash point was. Shortly after I asked if it was cash only, the lady who owns the shop spoke loudly (in her native language) to the technician who was doing my nails. I was then asked for ID by the technician. I was shocked. I have never been so offended or humiliated in my life. I asked why I needed ID, when the cash point was literally one min away and everyone else had been going to the cashpoint. She then asked if I could leave something valuable like my phone or purse. As a customer, I was definitely stereotyped and profiled as no where in the shop could I see a policy displayed saying that customers had to leave their ID purse or phone if they were walking to a cash point. I have been to plenty of nail shops as a new customer and have NEVER been asked for ID or to leave my valuables to walk to a cash point. At the end of the day, if a shop wants to be "cash only" for purchases and services they need to have a clear policy (CASH ONLY please pay first) or learn not to judge and profile customers. I will NEVER visit this shop again even if my nails are falling off. The pedicure was sub standard anyway and after my experience I have learnt that some places just don't deserve my hard earned money,time or peace. I didn't leave any ID or purse or mobile to walk to the cashpoint. I went to the cashpoint and to their surprise, came back with the cash to pay for my substandard nails and extremely poor service never again!

   I Had my nails done here about a month ago, the nails them self looked good but the tips that were glued on was very tight and pinching my fingers, the same night they was really hurting and didn't go away for a couple of days, I understand this happens but should be gone the next day, this was not the case. Also my nail bed is very damaged and my nails are still peeling and are very sore and uncomfortable. I have been told that this is due to cheap harsh chemicals being used on the nails. Also the staff wasn't very friendly or interactive and what ever that have used has destroyed my natural nails!

   Best pedicure I’ve had, was so impressed I went back the following day to get gel on my nails. Staff were friendly and took there time… Would definitely recommend, I’ll definitely be going back

   I have been coming to this nail bar for years and I have had nothing but an amazing experience! From beautiful nails to very kind staff I wouldn't go anywhere else! These are just a few examples of the beautiful range of colours they have and the designs they achieved for me!

   Sadly, a really awful experience. Made an appointment for 10.30am on a Saturday and when I still hadn’t been seen at 11.15 I asked, quietly and politely, if they could still fit me in as I had to go in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later I was seen but made to feel very uncomfortable with glares and tuts from the staff. I felt quite intimidated so genuinely didn’t rise to it. It got to the point other customers were giving me looks of sympathy. Aside from the terrible service, not many choices of colour, staff didn’t ask what shape I wanted for my nails, left remnants of previous nail varnish on edges, nail length uneven. I knew I wasn’t happy with the quality but wanted to just get out of there as soon as possible so kept quiet except for asking if one noticeably long nail could be ‘a little bit shorter please’; the response to the request was a glare but it was at list filed slightly. Don’t think I saw a single smile from anyone working there. All very odd and hostile for an environment that is meant to be a bit of a ‘treat’. There are four nail salons in Petts wood, I strongly recommend you go to any of the other three!
