This was my second visit to the LAB and again I received a friendly and professional service. Mel makes you feel relaxed during the procedure and the Salon it's self is both smart and clean. There are several large car parks minutes away and Sidcup is well served by Buses. A great experience.

Mel was awesome! Very warm and welcoming. She made me feel extremely comfortable whilst doing the wax and having a little chat in between. I must say the experience was pleasant and I'm very happy with the service provided; quick, neat and no pain! Thanks!
Very good eyebrow shaping with wax but they did not make the shape of them the same. One is smaller then then the other. I have had facials twice here and every time I either got mascara in my eyes from them not cleaning my makeup and the other they got soap or some kind of facial cleaner in my eyes! It was horrible! The second time my vision was blurry for almost 3 hours! The first time they did very well and cleaned my face nicely but the second time they didnt do anything i asked for. I paid £25 for which i asked for them to take my blackheads out and they did nothing! They put exactly 3 creams on my face and that was it! Along with a bit of hot steam on my face. Over all, the eyebrows were ok but im not coming back for any facials
Had a gel removal & gel manicure yesterday. Salon is lovely and clean. Staff are all great. My treatment was to a fantastic standard & they had a huge range of colour choices. Will definitely recommend and return.
