   First of all I am very disappointed with the service and my nails they a the thinner then paper and the Disign is awful I asked for a flower and they gave me a splodge that looks like bird poo I came with one of my friends and they had to keep telling to file their nails probably bc they were all wonky looking like mounting never coming here again and all their good reviews are the friends unnacsepptable thank you.

   Booked my two daughters in for their nails to be done at 2pm after the owner recommended booking in and suggested the time, my daughter's went down for their appointment and were left waiting for 55 minutes and we actually walked out. Whilst we had a booking walkins were being seen almost immediately. Such a shame the owner didn't even care when we left he just said ' oh well'! We won't be returning again it's a shame I have used these a lot over the last 3 years and even had my wedding nails done here. Never mind my custom will be welcomed elsewhere. Would not recommend to any new or irregular customers as it seems the owner is very keen to only keep his regulars.

   Had acrylic take off and new set (gel) was £35- ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! 2 things I would say is definitely book in advance as is so busy and depending who, they can be a bit eager with the drill (drill a bit more than the top layer and burns & this time slipped and ended up ‘scratching’ my finger) so do keep an eye out.

   A few times I've been stitched up here. They say £20 for full set plus £25 for pedicure before you start but suddenly that equates to £60 with no explanation for the difference. My nails are uneven and bulky and uneven and really not worth £20 let alone the rest

   Manager is lovely and most of the girls are too however the lady doing my nails never once asked if I was happy with the length of my nails, or if I thought they was ok, not a single word was spoken to me throughout getting them done either, I was forced to say out loud that I couldn't afford the gels and only had a set amount of money on me after already politely saying no to the gel nails twice, I am happy with my nails but would have definitely like more communication and to feel as though my opinion on my nails mattered, all in all it was an ok experience but not enough to make me want to rush back any time soon

   Lovely staff and very friendly. Sadly the person who done mine (i was 1 if 4 in the party) done no cuticle push back, didn't put enough dehydrator on and filed the acrylics at the nail bed too much so they're starting to lift. I got them done on 15/09/17 and having to have a complete new set put on this weekend. I personally wouldn't go back due to this, however the other 3 peoples nails are still looking fantastic and didn't have the issues i did.
