I had Jaw/ Chin filler this week with Holly at HM cosmetics. The process was very professional and Holly was not only lovely but also very helpful with explaining where the filler would be best placed & why. I would highly recommend HM Cosmetics to all friends & others. All the girls there are very welcoming and lovely too Sacha x
I’m not usually one to complain, but both the clinic where I had corrective treatment and my family and friends recommended I raise a concern. My lip filler on 5 October 2025 was done, and there was no consultation or proper assessment of my lips beforehand. During the treatment, it was noted that there was filler migration along my wet–dry border, but the procedure continued. I had dissolving sessions on 8 October and 30 October, which did not improve the results, and a practitioner questioned why I was having it done so soon. I eventually sought corrective treatment elsewhere. I have photos documenting the issues, and my follow-up complaint did not receive a response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
I had my lip filler done at HM Cosmetics and honestly, this has been the best experience I’ve had so far (and I’ve been to a few places before!). Taz did my filler — she was sooo friendly and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Her customer service is a 10/10. The receptionist was also super lovely and welcoming. The clinic itself is gorgeous — clean, modern, and just has such a good vibe. I’d definitely go back and recommend it to anyone thinking of getting lip fillers done. X
Highly recommend HM Cosmetics. I have followed on Instagram for a long time and chose to travel an hour to have lip blush done by them. Robyn was fantastic and I couldn’t believe how quick and painless it was! Lips are beginning to flake and heal now which is part of the process, and the colour underneath is unreal. Very happy! The BEST and only place I will ever go for my filler and microblading. Holly, Robyn, and Sophie have all done such an amazing job with the services i've had done. I've just had a 5ml ultimate glow-up package (I had Jaw, cheeks and lips done) and it couldn't look any better. All the girls there are so nice. Of course I can't forget about Leanne who is just so lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough. If you're coming here, then you have no reason to be nervous. Both this and the Greenwich salon are amazing. Thank you so much for making me look the best x
The ladies are so lovely in here! I went with my friend when she went to get her fillers done, they even offered me a hot chocolate and were the sweetest ever! I asked them about some treatments and were so informative. Would 100% recommend! :)
Always the best experience at HM Cosmetics! Holly is so attentive and really listens to what you want to achieve with filler treatments whilst making you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with such invasive procedures but Holly is so talented! The salon is always friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lips!
