Ive always had a lovely time coming, recently went again because I wanted to start university with a cute set of nails and I left feeling cuter than ever!!! I always have such a lovely time with the staff and especially the manager, she's so lovely to talk to and you can really tell she cares about what she does and treats it like art! Theyre decently paced and very reasonable with the time they spend on my nails and the price I spend for it! Always such a pleasure to go in and have a lil pampering at. ♡♡♡
I would not recommend 10 Nail Spa. You have to pre-book, yet they constantly overbook people. I waited over an hour past my appointment time and still wasn’t even seated. I gave them another chance the next day, rebooked, and still waited 40 minutes with no one touching my nails, even though there were two staff members free who could have taken me. The manager is extremely unprofessional and lazy, and the whole atmosphere feels uncomfortable. They openly speak about customers in Chinese right in front of you, which makes you feel talked about and unwelcome. Overall, terrible service and a complete waste of time. I won’t be returning.
I had such a wonderful experience at Ten Nails Spa! The nail technician was incredibly detailed and gentle, taking the time to shape and polish my nails perfectly. The salon itself was spotless, with a calm and soothing atmosphere. My nails have never looked better — smooth, shiny, and beautifully done! I got a manicure and pedicure from Then and it was a lovely experience. She was friendly, attentive and I am very happy with the results. The hot stone massage was also a nice touch.
I'm always happy to return to here, they are honestly superb in what they do and i always feel stunning whenever i get my nails done here. Even my little niece loves my nails whenever i come over, she always touches my nails and wants her own aha. I will likely take her here to get her nails done on her birthday! Keep up the brilliant service and work
Pay them a visit its a must! The quality of my nails are fab i have frequently got my nails done here for nearly half a year and the quality is always 10/10. My nails also last a very long time and i've never had any issues with them. The staff are friendly and always welcoming
I had a set of acrylics and they lasted me a very long time, even though it has been a couple weeks my nails still look new and fresh! I also noted how the prices are nice and affordable, im making this my new favourite nails / spa destination. I would have undoubtably rated 6/5 stars if possible. I've been here a few times before and would also like to mention that the staff here are very professional and polite, i've never had a negative interaction with any of them and the staff doing my acrylics made me feel comfortable, as well as making sure i was happy with my nails throughout the process. Each time i come they offer me free drinks and snacks which is also very nice of them to do. In conclusion, i would recommend Ten Nails Spa they never fail to impress me and i always leave satisfied. -Salma

Great salon, with nails done by Lovely staff. Amazing nail tech! I love my nails so much! This was the first time ever getting my nails done and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Couldn’t recommended this place enough. super talented and 100% would go back to Ten nails to get my nails done again in a few weeks
