   Didn’t feel very welcomed, they kept speaking in their own language!! Didn’t have a proper consultation of what kind of hair cut I would like, once complete she started curling my hair which I didn’t want but that’s the only way I could see the style apparently!!! then requested payment to be made in cash! And requested next time only cash payment to be made!!! Absolutely terrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone who doesn’t speak polish to go there worse ever hair salon!!

   I had trim and long layers, and the service was so nice especially Valentina who did my hair, i totally loved the way she handled my hair so professionally, the best hair stylist i have experienced till now in london, plus the price is so reasonable as well, definitely recommend

   I just got home to realise that I had the worst haircut in last 10 years. I am in shock. They didn't ask me what length I want or any preferences. I have to visit apprentice at the local barber tomorrow to mend it and pay extra.

   Joannda, very rude and unprofessional woman. Doesn’t do her job proper. Very arrogant attitude. Talking on the phone while cutting my hair? Isn’t this stupid. Talking bad things about me to her colleagues without knowing that we have similar words to my language and I can understand her. Very very rude I can tell enough how unprofessional is this woman!!!

   The stylist Aliona is very rude and had awful attitude to me like a customer.She talked very unrespectfully without any reason, I felt myself very humiliated.It shouldn't be so.It's not professional. Maybe,in the USSR ,from where she is from,it's ok,but here,in London,in Europe,where a Person should feel free and dignant,it's not ok.I wouldn't recommend Aliona to anyone.She gave offensive comments as for my hair,though I didn't ask her, pulled my hair and made very hurt,when I told her about this,she didn't even apologize and continued to do it.Aliona Was more concerned with her,not with a customer(me).Besides,she took Photos of my hair without asking my permission and answered me very rude,when I ask,what for did she do that.When I left this hairdresser,I felt awful and disappointed.I have never had such visiting of salon.

   I use the service of this salon more than a year. Last few times stylist Zenia did my hair and i find her particularly good professional. There is strong attention to detail, pleasant and friendly communication manner. Job is done in time and no mistakes. Good value for money. I would recommend this salon to anyone
