   I’ve been coming for years, the staff are always good! But can you please update closing hours to 6pm as the staff are packed up to leave a few minutes after 6.

   I was a bit sceptical to book a waxing session when l read the comments, but in all honesty, l received a great service. The lady was attentive, making sure she waxed the finest hair (l received full leg wax). Reasonable pricing. Yes, the place is very basic, but what isn't in Barking? It's the well-done job that counts, not the decorations on the walls. I will return for another session.

   Went in today I'm very fair asked for light btown brows. Told them I can't have tint on for too long ?10 minutes) Completely ignored me. I've ended up with thick black eyebrows. I look ridiculous. Don't bother go somewhere else. Didn't even apologise. Rude staff. 3 of them not a sorry between them.

   Service can be a bit poor nobody really asks what you are here for or make eye contact, new to the area, needed my brows tidying, i usually never go to someone new but had no choice, the lady, short fair skinned one did my brows, she took ages but did a good job, kept my shape! it was relatively hot that day with only 1 fan! i was pleased and took the plunge which was worth it. £5

   Shelly did a wonderful job, I’ve naturally got misshapen eyebrows and she did a great job all for a fiver. Waited for a while but it was worth it. The fact they have many customers is very telling too. Wonderful man at the desk also, he was very helpful!

   I wouldn't have even given 1 star! I entered and was not greeted, there was one lady with a client and another that was talking away to her but was not in a uniform. So im not sure if she worked there. I then went in for my waxing, which was the most slowest and painful experience i have been through. I have been having waxing done for years, and never experienced anything like it. The non uniformed lady kept coming in and out of the room. Which was not nice at all! It was the most painful, most unprofessional experience i have been through. I would definitely not recommend this business.

   I always visit this place for eyebrows threading. It's the cheapest in this area. This month they increased the cost from £3 to £4. Service is good and fast most of the time.
