   When you call - they won’t pick up. Also when you stand there to talk to them, they just continue to work on the computer without even looking at you. Very rude behaviour. Was the last time I pick my prescriptions from there. Update- today I discovered they gave me the wrong amount of my medication. I called and the assistant was going back and forth between me and the pharmacist and when I asked to speak to her she hung up on me. That was the same young pharmacist that ignored me when I went to pick it up 2 weeks ago. You think it can’t get worse and then it does.

   I regularly collect my prescriptions from this store as it’s near my office and they’re always ready promptly and they send me a text to confirm everything. The staff are always friendly and I never have to wait long.

   I came here and asked the cashier if they have what I was looking for. But the guy at the cashier named Ali whom I asked seems to busy even though there was no one he taken care of, so his friend next to him promptly looked at me and tried to answer me. But when she tried to answer me, Ali rudely told me to wait because there is someone that she was taking care of. Well, I saw that as well that was why I tried to asked Ali but he seemed to be busy even though there was no one he taken care of. Even when I tried to explained and asked about my query to him he did not let me finish talking and rudely forced me to wait to asked the other cashier. I hope that Boots can teach customer service to this employee named Ali. And the other cashier was nice and helpful. Maybe Ali can learn from her.

   I Enjoy visiting Boots, The staff are always very helpful an point you in the correct direction, Or take the time to show you were things are, Or thay go and get the item for you. Excellent staff at the Boots store. At Piccodilly stain Station. Or the one on Portland Street. Both Boots store are Excellent, Love shopping at Boots .

   The staff are mostly really helpful but it's frustrating that the pharmacy times are different. I've gone twice and it's been closed. There isn't a sign up in store to say what the times are.

   Very mixed service, with one excellent pharmacist previously (she seems to no longer work there) and now one utterly dreadful woman, with very poor listening skills, an abusively careless attitude, and evident lack of any interest in patient needs. Every time, with one standard repeat prescription, I have to come back about 3 times to finally get it filled. Overall: really poor stock management, they switch formulations without consultation, and they are only interested in their protocols which aren't fit for purpose and fail to ensure patients get their meds in a timely manner, leading to patients running out of meds, which is clinically negligent.
