   I have been a long-time patron of Boots but after the rude and totally unprofessional behaviour of the security guard at this store, I am seriously contemplating changing my custom to Superdrug. He spoke accusatorially towards my girlfriend - and even went as far as put his hand on her shoulder, in an intimidating fashion. This all in spite of her purchasing an item from the shop. She felt humiliated and personally targeted from this experience. This man cannot represent one of the UK’s most longstanding high-street stores. Sort it out, Boots.

   the strawberry blonde pharmacist was so warm and light hearted when I was collecting a contraceptive pill. She didn’t make me feel guilty or embarrassed. She was informative, helpful and understanding and I felt supported. Very much appreciated surrounding a taboo topic in women’s health.

   Very friendly and helpfull staff. They were actually closed to non prescription costumers but when I mentioned my daughter had fever and we’d run out of paracetamol the pharmacist immediately let me in and helped me. He even gave us the address of a GP if the situation deteriorated.

   The worst Boots I've been to, the fridges haven't worked properly for months so all the drinks are warm, there's never much stock in and the shelves are usually half empty. If you're looking for a meal deal probably best go elsewhere.

   This is obviously a small branch of Boots and has the essentials you may need when going on or returning from a journey. Staff are helpful and prices seem to be the same as all other branches of Boots. Not a bad little shop, and handier than the Market Street branch if you're at this end of town. The branch in Piccadilly Gardens has more choice though and is 5-10 minutes walk away.
