   Long very slow moving queue at till at 6pm (so not the lunchtime rush), not enough staff serving (not all tills were open, and no self service tills?) Shop is shabby as well. I gave up waiting and went to store at Piccadilly station, much nicer (and quicker). The Piccadilly gardens store had better range of travel minis though (or it would have got 1 star).

   I came here to add my student id to the boots advantage card. I just asked the staff if he could help me with it. He just stared at me and said no. Even though just in front of the till, it was a promotion 10% discount for student? How ridiculous

   Very disappointing experience. I went today (07/10 at 15:00) to pick up my prescription, and the person at the counter was rude and unhelpful. I explained that I had collected my previous prescription just a week ago, but he gave me the exact same one again instead of the new prescription. I hadn’t even opened the package since I didn’t need it, yet he still charged me for it. I ended up paying just to avoid further argument. I’ll definitely be changing my local pharmacy after this experience.

   The man at the pharmacy was probably the rudest individual I’ve ever met in my life. Told me the product I asked for didn’t even exist and that I was talking about completely different products, rolling his eyes at me and really aggressive tone. When I pulled him up on it he decided to tell me it was me that was rude. Unfortunately didn’t get his name but occurred on 3/9/25 at abojr 15:45. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life if you use this boots please try and be served by someone else I’d you don’t want your day ruined

   You can print photos and postcards here, and it’s really affordable. The kiosk is also very easy to use. You only need to connect to its wifi and follow the steps to connect your device and their service. Even though the staff at that time can’t offer assistance on this service, she’s still being very kind.

   Boots is an excellent shop the staff are very friendly and helpful and the security guard is a top man welcomes shoppers in to the shop and when they leave he says "thanks for shopping at boots"

   My private prescription usually is five pounds at pharmacy where I work, cause on leave and low on the medication accessed Boots and I was disappointed that it was a charge of just under ten pounds, nearly double. Boots please shop around to get the best prices for your customers.
