   Do not go here!! The only nice thing about this place is the interior. Let me begin. First of all the staff were talking about me in Vietnamese, not knowing i am also fluent with the language.. I was getting a CurlPerm the woman rushed my hair and didn't wrap the rods correctly. At the start I showed her what i wanted I showed 4 pictures every time i showed the pictures she would just say “yes yes” and carried on talking her colleague, I didn’t think anything of it because i really thought she knew what she was doing.. So as she paid no attention to my inspiration pictures she had begun rushing my hair leaving little strands of hair out of the rods, I wanted a tight curl pattern, my hair was loose around the rods and almost coming out of the rod, she was also very harsh when moving my head about as she also had nails on, When coming to taking the rods out and neutralising the hair it was not done properly. When it came to the final results it looked nothing like what i asked for. This has nothing to do with my hair, it was the way it was rushed, I definitely Do Not recommend!

   Was going to The Cuttings for years, but moved away, so was having hair cut locally, but not entirely happy, so travelled back to The Cuttings for a cut for the first time in a long time and so glad I did as they do a beautiful cut. Will continue with The Cuttings as well worth the travel : )

   I went to have shellac. She cut my nails too short and they were filed wonky. I tried to tell her several times that they were wonky. She became defensive and refused to continue. I asked to be seen by her colleague but was told that she will not see me as I have not been there before. That is a lie, as I was there in April with my daughter, in the first week. They need to check their diary. Won't be recommending them to anyone. Poor service. Lisa the lady was so rude, not professional at all. She walked away from me whilst I was still at her table.

   First and last time visit. Pedicure with gel, no complaints. Manicure with SNS appalling after care service. Had manicure done on the Weds 7th September 2022 before flying out on holiday on the Saturday afterwards. Saturday evening one of my nails started to peel. By the end of my week's holiday, more had peeled and chipped. Owing to the salon being shut on Sundays/Bank Hols/Tuesdays my first opportunity to go back and complain was today Weds 21st September to cut a long story short, the female owner was extremely rude in suggesting I was looking for a free service. Didn't want to hear about my experience, blamed me for the dodgy outcome! To say it was the sea was pathetic as I didn't even go in it. I hadn't even arrived in the resort when it first started to peel. The other excuses were laughable too. Some people's nails only last 2/3 days not 2/3 weeks. I've never experienced this before and according to them they haven't either. Well that was a lie as Kevin said it does happen. Offered me a 'free' take off, no reapplication. I wouldn't be interested in another SNS application anyway. Had the take off and won't be going back or recommending them to anyone. They obviously don't care about customer service or they would have treated me better.

   Have been getting my hair done regularly at The Cuttings for many years. Always friendly and professional, I always leave satisfied. Even my teenage daughter loved the baliage Debbie done for her and teenagers can be very difficult!

   I always leave The Cuttings salon feeling amazing! Debbie has decades of experience in hair. I only get my hair cut & blow-dried here because they are super professional and they make my hair look and feel incredible. I also love getting a Mani / pedi & wax here occasionally too and it always looks lovely. I highly highly recommend if you are ever in the area, need a treatment or just want to pamper yourself. 10/10 service
