   I was very unhappy with my visit to terminal 3 boots where I was spoke to very rudely by a female staff member I’m not sure what her name was but she was short with brown hair and wore glasses. She was very rude and refused to help me on the till as I did have a lot of items to purchase. I hope she gets dealt with accordingly as she was very un professional and an embarrassment.

   Thank you so much to Amir who works in this Boots who completely saved our holiday recently! I was in floods of tears as I accidentally smashed my son’s bottle of allergy medicine in the security queue and our flight was leaving soon. But Amir was so kind and helpful, he went over and above (running between terminals for us!) to get us another bottle of medicine which was basically the same. I was so unbelievably grateful. Thank you so so so much!

   Decided not to pack suncream and buy 'air side' at the airport. The most popular brand 30 SPF not available. Fair enough, it happens now and again. My daughter flew out two days later and the same experience! Limited items and not re-stocked. It's not like it's a niche product because people need it! Very poor. Just one of many shortcomings at Manchester Airport. Standards have declined since the pandemic.

   Manchester Airport T3 boots was ridiculously understocked. You still can't do click and collect so we had to scavenge through what was left. Hardly any shampoo, very basic amount of sun cream... fine if you want Soltan but forget it if you want any other brand. Honestly looked like it had been ram raided.

   The staff were in the store & it was 90 minutes before opening. I just wanted to know if they had liquid iorn & the response was can't you wait till were open. It was only a question of checking.
