   If I could have given 0 stars I would have! This is now my second time getting my lashes done, the first time i wanted a infill for hybrids however they were still gappy and extremely short which costs me £45. I then waited for my eyelashes to drop which they did in less than 2 weeks. I thought id give another chance, I requested for the most experienced lash technician I believe I had the owner not too sure. I requested russian volume lashes however I believe I got conned again! As my lashes are so short and still so gappy! So I think they were actually hybrids again! This is extreme amount of money for the work to have been rushed and falling out less than 2 weeks. Im so dissappointed and will not be going back. I have been looking for a talented, reliable lash technician for a while and unfortunately received terrible service again. My eyes still sting and water and my eye lids are a bit swollen, I believe the products they use are not that great either. Think twice before visiting

   Initially seemed like a good set. Until a few weeks later and even after following the aftercare steps the pastes were thickly glued and as I got wet look the glue was impossible to get off! Even when started doing it she couldn’t put the tape on and Sellotape my skin with normal tape? (The set was done by Ela)

   Her kids were running around and disturbing the technicians and eating on the beds. It was so dirty and smelled like food. I understand child care can be difficult but it ruined the whole experience and made me very uncomfortable as my technician had to frequently stop to sort out her kids or discipline them which I found quite unprofessional. I also didn’t appreciate having her kids running around and screaming, it made me very uncomfortable and annoyed because it’s not a place for children. The place was so untidy. There was dust everywhere and things were not in their correct place which made me worry about the hygiene standards of the place. I also witnessed a technician come straight from outside and proceed to do a woman’s lashes without washing hands or sanitising. My lashes were falling out immediately after and most of my lashes fell out within a couple of days despite being careful and following the care instructions. I was told my lashes were too fine for classics after installation. I would’ve expected an expert to let me know that these weren’t appropriate for my lashes and advised me. The technician told me to come back if they continue to fall out but I traveled for over an hour and will not be adding more time and money to experience the same problem.

   I've been having my eyelashes done by Jade for many months now. She is very gentle, attentive and really cares about her end product. My natural lashes when I first approached her were very damaged but she was careful to cover this for me with the extensions without causing any further breakage and my natural lashes are now full underneath the extensions. It is always a pleasure to see her and I look forward to my appointments

   I visited to get my lashes done a couple weeks ago. I had my first red flag when I filled in a patch test form but didn’t get tested. I had no email prior to tell me to get a test before the appointment either- I had never had my lashes done before so I didn’t know what to expect, and would have appreciated having information sent to me beforehand about the appointment and any prep I should have done as well as how to care for my lashes after. The person doing my lashes was very kind and made conversation with me which made me feel less anxious. However a few of the employees had loud conversations during my appointment where they kept stating how bored they were and how they wanted to go home. This kind of made me feel bad for being there as my technician was complaining about rather being at home and just sounded a bit fed up the entire time. My lashes were done in about an hour, even though it said it should take average 2 hours. Despite looking really good, I can tell how rushed they were now. After 24 hours without wetting my eyes or using makeup a few of my lashes had already fallen. I also had problems where I could feel the end of the lashes digging into my eyelid, curling down, facing the wrong way, sideways lashes, lashes hanging really far away from my lids and also lashes stuck almost on my life, as well as lashes clumping together. When more of my lashes fell out I could see multiple of my natural lashes attached to them. A couple weeks after I had them done I felt a lash in my eye and rubbed my eye gently which made almost all of my lashes just fall apart. Now that they’re gone I can see my natural lashes which are so so thin and short compared to how they were before. I’m gutted as this is the first ever beauty treatment I’ve had and it took me a lot of courage to come in due to struggling with severe social anxiety. My friend did have hers done as well which turned out amazing and she looks stunning. Luckily she has had no problems so I am hoping I am just a one off occurrence.

   Frankie is a delight! I suffer with severe anxiety and it took a lot of courage to get myself to the salon, but I did this because of Frankie's amazingly friendly phone manner when booking the appointment. She was also very polite and professional in person. The salon staff are all friendly and chatty and they include the clients in their conversations which is nice when you're lying there in the communal treatment area. My lashes were fabulous! I went for the classic option, which looked natural and elegant. Only downside for me was they didn't stay in for very long in one eye but they still looked great Overall, I was pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend Eyelash Bar and Frankie to everyone!! xxx :)

   Although the place was really pretty and I got my lashes on a groupon deal, I am not happy with the way my lash lift turned out. There is literally NO difference to how my lashes looked before, except the fact that I just had to spend 30 minutes trying to get glue clumps out of them without damaging my natural lashes. The girls who did my lashes were very nice however.
