Worst experience I ever had. After lamination my brows are frizzy, clumpy, too dark, patchy, stuck straight up, due to over-processing (solution left on too long) and extremely unprofessional service. Communication was also challenging. Never ever again.
Went to the shop today to see roop and I was informed she no longer works there. I was extremely disappointed didn’t get my usual treatment and I will not be returning! Roop was amazing and knew exactly what I wanted and so much advice how looking after your skin after treatments, very sad to see her go!
Roop waxed my eyebrows and upper lip, she did a wonderful job, I’m so pleased with the results. Roop was very sweet to make sure I wasn’t in pain at any point, I 100% recommend Brow Buzz!

I had a lovely experience with Amanyeet. I came into the shop quite near to the end of the day and she was still more then happy to fit me in. I had full face threading, she stopped when i needed a break, chatted all the way through to take my mind off of the pain and performed such a thorough treatment. My skin is so silky smooth, i will definitely be returning soon, 5* service all round thank you Amanyeet!
