We have been coming to Pet Medics Salford for five years now. The team are always so friendly and helpful and make the biggest fuss of Thelma whilst giving her the best care. She feels like a celebrity when she visits with lots of treats, cuddles and kisses!

The team here are absolutely fantastic. I have three cats, one of whom has long term chronic issues and the other two who are dimdims who like eating stuff they shouldn't. Don't be be fooled by the old fashioned shop front and small premises, what they can't do on site, they can refer through to the large, very modern and very well equipped hospital just up the road in Worsley. All the staff are so friendly. Really good admin and insurance support too, takes loads of the stress out of things. Thank you all so much ❤️
Rachel was so compassionate with my dog who has recently lost confidence, she took so much time to gain her trust and make sure her wellbeing was utmost in her care xx thankyou for making this a positive experience for her. All the staff are so loving and kind. Thankyou xx
All the Staff were all extremely kind and caring and made the difficult decision of putting my furbaby to sleep a little less painful. We were given plenty of time and they allowed the whole family to be with him. My baby was allowed to pass with dignity and surrounded by his loved ones and I will forever be grateful for this.
Had to repost this review has my last one was taken down like I said in the last review. I implore you to not to use this vets in a emergency If you can find somewhere else please do so. I tuck my my dog here and before they ask for any details they wanted to know how much he was insured for. When they found out they kept him kept him in over night A when I asked what treatment he had received they Didn’t know he had a X-ray which shown a blockage which wasn’t acted upon. And the incoming vet didn’t no anything about the treatment given to him or even told anything in the hand over shift. There lack of action and totally incompetent I think was a contributing factor in the lose of my dog life. And a loving family member. So again I implore to think twice and do not take your pet here Only interested in the money they can make for you. And less about the care. I’d try to spare anyone what we had a family had to go though. They obviously don’t want anyone reading this has it was taken down in just 2 days Thanks for reading this mark. Took our cat here yesterday and the vet was so lovely and helpful! I've never seen our cat so calm at the vets
Vets are lovely but reception staff is awful , really rude and in no rush to help get booked in. Have to argue for an appointment every time I ring!
Good vets but terrible opening times, turned up twice this week at 2pm and waited 15min then gave up
£76 for ear drops for my dog. Not sure if that's value for money. You make your own mind up. The guy who looked at my dog was pleasant enough. Surgery was empty & looked as though it could do with being refurbished. Probably be no more expensive than any other vets but they just play on your love for your pet.
