   Fabulous staff members in the Altrincham branch. So helpful and lovely to interact with, but it’s apparent that they are under a lot of pressure as the branch is completely understaffed. Management need to take note and do something about it ASAP before they lose more incredible employees.

   Prescriptions are externally slow to be processed. They had my prescription over 2 days and when my other half went in to pick it up, the next day - wasn’t ready and them the next day it still wasn’t ready. He asked if they could process and dispense one the medication as I was completely out as I had, had to wait and there was a flat no response… then had a message later in the day to say ready and because of the time wasn’t able to get it so without meds for another day. Just not good enough and they don’t seem to care or understand what governance lies with them!! Lead pharmacist always grumpy and dismissive !

   I booked a flu jab for today at Boots and the pharmacist said I was not on the list, there are two lists one for the NHS and one for Boots and they asked me for proof of the booking which I could not find. A man approached and gave his name and they told him to take a seat without checking any list at all. Last year I went to Boots for a jab and they kept me waiting for ages. I am going to my GP for the flu jab and I won't be shopping at Boots again either.

   Served at the pharmacy by a young lovely lady called Ammara The service was amazing... She also mentioned a joke which had me on stitches until i got home it went like this "You know diarrhoea is hereditary.......because it runs in your jeans" hehehe The funny thing was I came to pick up immodium

   It's OK. Just another Boots store...a little understaffed. Some things out of stock. Never have a phone signal in there. Annoying when you're trying to update for app offers.
