Don't buy from here. From start to finish an absolute disaster. From the day I made the purchase to the day they finally refunded me was about 4 months. Not organized, not honest, not empathetic. A poor excuse for a tech store. Again, DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
Bought a conference phone via them on Amazon Market place. The phone never worked from day one. Have been trying for over 9 months to return the phone but the company are trying to wash their hands of the matter and are most unhelpful. Sue in particular will not engage via email or phone the phone manufacturer has got involved and told Sue to do an RNA and she still will not do it leaving me with a phone that does not work. I urge you not to buy or deal with this company the after sales service is non existent and the contempt to which they treat customers is simply incredulous and I cannot understand how they are actually still in business. I consider the measure of a good company is how they deal with issues/problems. Undoubtedly this company fails miserably. I would never use them again.
Slow to respond then no response at all. Still haven't received what I ordered Do not buy from them EDIT: funny I have not had any reply from you yet you claim to have replied to my email as it stands it has been more than 30 days since placing order and order is currently 20 working days which is 6 to 10 days passed when i was meant to receive it sorry but still stands 1 star
Absolute terrible buisiness practice. Ordered a HP Keyboard on 16-3-19 after it saying available on their website. After talking to them 4 times over the phone and waiting 3 weeks after my order and paying for NEXT DAY DELIVERY! They said that it is next day from when they have the part in, not from when i ordered it. I eventually requested a refund and they didnt do it for 3 weeks until i escalated it to paypal. in regards to buying with these people. I would stay well away!
*DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY* I ordered a ~£100 laptop palm rest from Laptop Bits that was on a 2-3 day back order and standard delivery. I waited 31 days before contacting them to cancel my order. The company did not reply to my cancellation, and did not reply until i sent several further emails and even a support ticket through their website, only replying after i threatened legal action. (27 days after the initial cancellation) They confirmed that the order had been cancelled. I have now waited 58 days and still have not received a refund. They initially told me that it was an error by their account team, however i have still not received my money back. They have had my ~£100 for 132 days. I am now talking to Trading Standards and will be starting legal proceedings against this company. *DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*
Order Acer spare kept being told its on order waited over 20days when should be 10-14 days to be told its on order and not sure of delivery date, not sure if Acer just havent recieved delivery or date after 20days. When you have clients waiting a accurate delivery date helps. Full refund requested! Staff polite and respectful
