   Natalie is truly warm, professional & my facial was wonderful. I got the Fresh Face Dermaplaning & it does exactly what it says on the tin! My face feels fresh, clean & cleansed.    I totally enjoyed my experience with Natalie at Skinxcel. I was warmly welcomed and upon entering the treatment room which is absolutely stunning btw, I was instantly hit with feeling even more at ease and relaxed. Throughput my treatment with music selection of choice playing in the background, Natalie talked me through the stages. Any questions I had were expertly answered by her. In addition, she provided advice regarding ongoing skin care routines and treatment. I was truly impressed with the results of my skin. Natalie provides a bespoke service and now I am looking forward to my next visit. My skin deserves it!

   My first experience of having a facial by Natalie was most definitely an excellent one. She put me at ease and was very warm and friendly. She is professional in every way and gave excellent advice regarding products I should use for daily skincare. The area was very clean, welcoming and I was given the choice of having my facial done with or without music. I chose to have music, which made the whole experience so amazing! Natalie is a very knowledge beautician and overall, I can say that she did a fantastic facial. It was very relaxing, as she used good symmetrical touch making the whole experience very comforting. She has excellent customer service skills, with a lovely way of keeping her clients relaxed and mellow. I honestly can't wait to have my next facial. Don't hesitate! Book yours now!    I had a dermaplane session with Natalie to prepare my face for coming back to the sun in Spain after my summer in the UK! It was the first time I had the procedure and was quite apprehensive as my skin is very sensitive, however Natalie was very informative and explained step by step ! It was a very relaxing treatment ! When I arrived home to Spain everyone said I was glowing and looking very youthful! Personally I was also very surprised and happy at how smooth' my face felt! Natalie does amazing work, is very personable and really takes the time to help and also offers excellent aftercare advice. She is by far my favorite go-to and I feel very lucky to have found her and her wonderful salon.
