I had my infills done today by a young man who is covering for Tom while he is away . They are perfect - exactly how I asked him to shape and paint my nails .
Disappointing experience. The customer service was rude, and the technician was very aggressive while filing my nails. She even filed my skin, which was very painful. Additionally, my previous acrylics were not removed properly, which ruined my manicure. Will definitely not be returning.
Always do the best job. So friendly and nothing is too much. Definitely recommend

I'm so impressed. I've never been here before, but I felt a little disappointed with the way my mum was treated at my last salon, so was on the hunt for a new nail salon. Found Toms Nail and Beauty on Google and their reviews and photos were amazing, so figured I had to give it a go. Cleanliness ✅ Smell ✅ (I know this sounds odd but most salons smell chemically because of the acrylic but this place smelt like a spa, with burning incense) Atmosphere ✅ Now for the design. I always feel a little tense because I think the artwork won't meet my expectations but this place surpassed them in every possible way. Price was very good for a manicure and pedicure, so much so I left a tip as I really felt they deserved it. They knew how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, and found the right balance between talking to you and talking too much as, let's face it, sometimes you just want to enjoy the experience! They are clearly very popular. A lady arrived while I was there having travelled from Tilbury to use them. Tiny word of warning, they only accept cash, so just be prepared to have that with you (I had to get my partner to bring me some - embarrassing haha!). But now I know, I will be ready for my next visit. 100% recommended and will definitely be using them again. Thank you to the very talented staff at Tom's Nails. My nails look beautiful for my upcoming holiday ♥️
Awful these nails are 5 days old and look like they are due an infill. Service was rushed it took about 55 minutes to do a full set and my cuticles weren’t pushed down or trimmed
