Really poor customer service. Ditzy receptionist told me Id get my deposit refunded as less than 48hr. That was a lie. Lost my deposit. Said they would refund but they havent. Just fobbed me off on the phone and ignored my email. I give up! Youve lost me as a loyal customer! Get a receptionist who knows her job! Not some airhead!
Perfect experience for a new client. Bernard was amazing and listened to my concerns and advised what I needed. His hair cutting skills are 10/10 and I loved every minute. Perfect! Cant wait to return x
I am extremely disappointed with the haircut I received. I paid £45, yet there was hardly any service provided. The stylist only added a few uneven layers, and my hair was not parted properly I asked jenny to part them evenly still she could not manage my hair as they are long she could have tell me that I can not handle long hair , leaving it looking completely ruined. Although Jeenie was polite and pleasant, the quality of the haircut was unacceptable. I feel that my hair has been spoiled, and my money wasted. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this salon to anyone.in my whole life I have never experinced such terrible hair cut service I am so much upset.
I visited the salon today and it was the best decision I have made. I had avoided a hair cut for so long because I found that a lot of hair dressers just weren’t listening to what i wanted and it seems like a chore because my hair is thicker as it’s naturally curly. I thought I was doomed but took one last chance and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish even when I called to book. I was listened to and spoken through what was going to happen next and what was best for my hair. The team Was happy to answer any questions I had and I even ended up laughing while my hair was being cut which being as anxious as I was before hand I didn’t think would happen. Thank you for saving my hair Bernard and to the team for helping me over my fear of going to a hairdressers again :) Would recommend to anyone
Lisa has been my hairdresser for many years and she has never disappointed me. I am due to get married soon and she has really been helpful with her suggestions for hairstyles for the day. A consummate professional at all times, down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend Lisa, she’s a diamond.
After many terrible experiences and a LOT of wasted money at another local hairdresser, you could say I was struggling to trust anyone to give me the hair I was after. Amy was an absolute dream, she was beyond professional and made me feel like my hair was in safe hands, making sure to take samples of my hair and constantly check with me to make sure I was happy I cant thank Amy enough for just how stunning she made my hair, its exactly what Ive been trying to achieve. A massive thank you as stayed until midnight working on my hair making sure I would leave happy, and I can honestly say this is the best experience at a salon Ive ever had x
Unfortunately, from a five star review in January, I’ve now gone to 1 star!! change of hairdresser and when I didn’t get what I expected and i asked fir advice apparently I didn’t let them know Quick enough ! so they can’t help me until my next appointment which I won’t be going to. would not recommend.
