   I had a brilliant experience with Richard at Richard Robert. As someone with naturally curly hair, it can be hard to find a stylist who really understands how to work with it—but Richard absolutely does. He gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had for my curls, and shared genuinely useful tips on how to care for and style my hair at home. He really took the time to explain what would suit my hair type and why, and the results speak for themselves. The young lady who washed my hair was also lovely and professional and took great care to make sure everything was perfect. My curls have never looked better—thank you, all at Richard Robert!

   I’ve been having my hair done at Richard Roberts for 8 years now and have always been delighted with the results. Richard is an amazing hairdresser and business leader and I’ve also had my hair coloured, cut and styled by several of the other stylists and have never been disappointed. They are great with my son’s hair too and he refuses to have his hair done anywhere else! I highly recommend you try the salon.

   A lovely morning at the salon. Greeted by friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I was super impressed by the way Amy washed my hair with such care an amazing head massage! I was then passed to Charlotte who took great care in blow drying my hair. She was gentle and I left the salon feeling incredible with my bouncing curls! Thank you team. I am truly grateful.

   First time visit to this hairdresser and will be going regularly. I made a booking online, which ilwas very convenient. I Would highly recommend, the girls were very welcoming and friendly, offered a complimentary little head massage whilst conditioning hair. Offered drinks. Josie did my hair and she did a great job, I've never been happy with how it's been cut previously for years. She listened to how I wanted it and took her time to cut it and then re-checked. I was very impressed. Even recommended it to my Mother in law who will be making a booking. Thank you Josie and the lovely girl who massaged my head.

   Had a hair cut with Josie, very disappointed as she cut my hair, rough blow dry as requested. Showed me the mirror for the back of my hair and walked off so she could sit down at the desk. Did not even ask if I was happy with the haircut. When I paid no communication just wanted to chat to get the girls at the desk. Felt so uncomfortable at the desk that I waited outside as my husband was going to collect me, even though it was cold outside. I felt as though I was intruding their space, as clearly they just wanted to talk to each other.
