   Well we all know that this is not true it’s nothing to do with the lovely staff!! All down to terrible management and vile vindictive interference and mismanagement!!! People need to know the truth and we all know who’s to blame! Quick update just to let all Sonya’s loyal clients know she is now at the cassiobury salon being treated the way she deserves with Love and respect!    Had an appointment I booked a month a go and paid a deposit for. Turned up for it today and hairdressers is shuttered. There was a sign saying it's closed due to 'internal fraud' yesterday l, but still showing as open on Google and sign not there today. Poor customer service because no phone call was made to me to let me know my appointment would not be going ahead. I could have made better use of my day if I had known. Tried to call the salon and no answer, so the owner also still has my deposit that I was asked to pay incase I cancelled. Hoping I get an apology and my deposit back in due course. Hope the hairdressers working there are OK. They were always very friendly and professional and did lots for charity.

   Very professional friendly salon. Took mum for her early Christmas restyle. The ladies were fabulous and so kind and caring, listened carefully during the consultation and took time with her making her feel the special lady she is. Mums been unable to visit the hairdresser's due to poor health so this was such a special occasion. The ladies there do so much for charity especially Peace Hospice and we noticed fundraising going on, truly amazing people. Thank you so much.

   The whole team is lovely and welcoming. Miha, my hairdresser, did my hair curly for my maternity photoshoot. She had a great enery and paid attention to what I wanted and did her best to pamper me and set up some natural flowers that I wanted as a hairband. Alos had my hair washed by her ans she is absolutely great at hair massage.

   I go every week for wash and blow dry plus have my hair cut there with highlights the girls always make me so welcome with a cup of coffee ☕ nothing is to much trouble for them plus get a good laugh I would recommend them if you need your hair done

   I had a very positive experience. The lady who washed my hair did an amazing job with a wonderful head massage thrown in. The lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job, transforming it from a frizzy mop to a stylish bob. The staff were kind and attentive, offering refreshments as well. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience there.
