   I came as a walk-in on a Saturday around 4:30 pm, which is a busy time, but I was still taken fairly quickly. The stylist was really gentle and professional. I showed her a photo and, even though my English is limited, she immediately understood what I wanted: keep the length, remove the bulk, and make it neat. She showed me the back, asked for my opinion, and adjusted it exactly the way I asked. She also asked if I could see properly without my glasses, which I appreciated. I was charged only for the haircut, as requested. No awkward comments, no pressure — just a clean, calm and pleasant service even during a busy moment. Great experience, highly recommend.

   I called twice today to enquire about a hair cut for my daughter and both times the woman who answered was rude, impatient, sighed like I'd disturbed her and put the phone down twice on me despite my being more polite than I should have been given her attitude. Definitely will not be taking my daughter there, ever.

   2 weeks ago i was unable to get an appointment in my usual hairdresser Hobbs so went to super cuts in Watford I had my hair my haircut by Sam and I have got to say she done a beautiful job she knew exactly how to cut my curly hair and style. Everyone has commented on my cut. Today I walked in with my daughter for a wash and blow dry and the service of Marjeta was again great. Sorry Hobbs you have lost a customer. It’s not about how much you pay it’s about the hairdresser. Thank you ladies see you soon 10 out of 10

   Worst haircut experience I have ever had. I don’t know the name but it was a petite brown woman who started washing my hair, not checking if the water was too hot or even if I can reach the sink, myself being quite petite as well. While washing it she kept pulling my hair and being very rough. After trying to get her attention several times that she is hurting me, finally she heard me and said “sorry I was too busy looking at Grace” ( one of the hairdressers little daughter I assume, that was in the store and kept going up and down). This really made me feel even more uncomfortable and lost the trust she was gonna pay any attention when cutting my hair so I apologised saying that I changed my mind and I’d just like to pay for the wash and not have any haircut done. She said they don’t do that. I offered to pay £10 but I just want to go. She then looked at another lady (I’m guessing she was the manager) and she was very sweet and apologetic trying to assure me that she is a great stylist and I should go for it, however I declined. She then offered to cut my hair herself if I wait 5 minutes. I accepted in the end only because my hair was soaking wet.she was very nice and cut the perfect length of hair however I did say I don’t want the blow dry anymore but she still charged me for it. While she was brushing my hair, I noticed that the hairbrushes weren’t disinfected after each use and even had hair strains in them from previous customers. I was so upset in my heart but didn’t say anything. Such an awful experience and ruined my day completely. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this place.

   I love going there for so many reasons Always very satisfied with my haircut Prices are excellent Quality at very good prices The service is very welcoming Nina is fun friendly caring and especially perfectionist as she really care about doing a great job,she is very fast and efficient too.    I had a hair cut, wash and cut- the worst hair cut I have ever had. I asked the person to take a good five inches off my hair but she chopped it right off! Didn’t pay any attention to detail - everything was rushed from the wash to the cut! My hair looks terrible and the layers are all lopsided. I paid 37 pounds to for this and I’m so disappointed! This was before Christmas. I have tried to call the salon but no response.
