    Had my hair restyled here today, atmosphere was lovely, hairdresser (I think it was Minnie) was great & listened to what I wanted & the cost was reasonable for what I had done. I've had some really disappointing cuts over the last year or 2, thanks team for restoring my faith, will definitely be back!

    Been going to Minnie for my haircuts since I moved to Croxley. She always considers what kind of cut I want and offers suggestions that could work too. Nice place with lovely people - having hair washed is always a nice treat too.

    Worst cut I’ve ever had! I have a Cow’s Lick which is challenging to manage … but I’ve had it for 73 years whilst my children and grandchildren have the same issue … there isn’t much left to teach me that I don’t know about it I arrived with 3 photos of the style I wanted … front … sides … and back view … the Stylist alleges to be the business owner The junior who washed my hair didn’t get all of the back of my hair wet much less shampoo’d The stylist gave me lots of excuses why my hair wouldn’t suit the cut that I asked for and have had many times in the past Infact she hacked my hair leaving it an absolute eyesore Old I am … stupid I’m not If you risk going there … make sure you have cash … it was only when I was getting my cards out the “Owner” informed me “oh we don’t take cards” I ended up driving to the Shell Garage to find a cash machine Awful place!

    Okay - first a confession. I’d never really considered using this salon because whenever I passed by, it’s clientele seemed rather older than me, so I worried whether they would be able to do something edgy and fun with my hair. Anyway, I found myself there (long story), looking like a deer caught in headlights, terrified I’d emerge with a curly perm, when I met Jennifer. All I can say is WOW!! I went in looking actually quite frumpy, with long, over-processed hair and emerged some hours later, a brand new woman! Jennifer was AMAZING - she listened carefully, took her time and translated what I wanted into the best highlights and complete restyle I have ever had. Four weeks on and my hair still looks incredible - everybody loves the style and colour; it’s easy to maintain as Jennifer took the time to carefully explain how to blow dry my new style which was greatly appreciated. It also dawned on me while I was there why so many mature ladies visit the salon each week - ITS BECAUSE THEY CARE (and they are all lovely, lovely girls). Hand on heart, I highly recommend this amazing local salon.

    Have been going to Creative Image (previously Total Look) for years now. Can’t fault the cut and colour I have and much more competitively priced compared to the salon chains in Watford that aren’t any better. I’m fussy with my hair and never had any issues, really recommend.

    I went to this hairdresser twice. 1st time l had a haircut which was lovely and the 2nd time l asked for a balayage which did not look good at all. I had to go to another hairdresser the day after because l was worried to go to work the following monday. I asked for a blond balayage but the colour turned brassy and a bit orange and had two very light highlights around my face. It is fine to go there for a simple cut or if you are an old lady wanting a perm. I would not recommend it sorry.
