Had my first haircut from SNC after a recommendation from my friend. Angel was my stylist and did such a good job at bringing life back into my hair! The lady at the reception deck was very sweet too, overall a very good first experience and I’ll defo be returning :)
I’ve been visiting this salon for several years and always had great experiences, especially with Charlotte and Jade, who consistently deliver excellent coloring results. The staff are always nice and friendly, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, my most recent visit with Sarah did not meet expectations. I requested a color that would match my usual hair extensions (which I’ve always used with Color Matching), but the result was completely different. She also cut a significant amount from my extensions, so I lost the whole point of wearing them for length. The color can be fixed, but the extensions can’t be replaced. I also asked for Wella Plex to be used, but it was forgotten during the service. Although she offered to correct the color for free, I was disappointed with the overall outcome. I hope this feedback is helpful for maintaining the salon’s usual high standards in the future, because I truly believe it is one of the best local salons based on my previous experiences.
Visited the salon today to have my hair cut and styled by Sarah. The team were very welcoming and friendly. Sarah cut and styled my hair exactly how I had hoped for, and gave me some good tips on styling techniques. I definitely will re book and recommend others to visit the salon for a good haircut and exceptional experience.
I’ve been going to the salon for as long as I can remember, as has most of my family. The salon is always friendly, welcoming and I don’t feel rushed at all. The stylist Jo always listens to how I want my hair cut, checks I’m happy with it throughout the process. I have always left the salon happy with my hair. They have a reward scheme too which saves you 25% off a future hair cut. Would highly recommend this salon.
I’ve been going to SNC for years now and every time I leave, I’m always so happy with my hair. I know I can always trust Sarah completely with my hair and she has the best suggestions for what will suit me. The salon is lovely and all the staff are always so friendly. I’ve recommended a few friends and they’ve always been happy to go back too!
I love Jo who has cut my year for over 10 years and despite me moving a 40 minute drive away, I keep coming back. I have tried other hairdressers but she is the only one who knows how to cut my hair. She gets to know you as a person and is honest about the best way to cut your hair and it is like going to visit a friend. The salon is warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Alison
Had lovely Grace cutting my hair.. It’s been over a year since my last cut so hair was not in the best of places.. Grace treated my hair as well as restyle and adding definition.. Looked amazing after blow dry.. very happy customer..
Walked in on the off chance as being let down from another Salon, fitted me in straight away with a graduate stylist who was very professional in what she did, I was really happy with the outcome of what was done and followed the information test I gave them. Very happy and gratitude spreads with all the team. Recommend them on a very highly first hand experience. Will definitely will book wi the them again.
