   I had a great experience here, my stylist was professional and did a great job cutting my hair. I basically had it washed, cut and styled into waves. I love how it turned out and I’ve even received compliments on it. The only issue was that I had to wait 20-25 minutes despite booking an appointment. I appreciate that they are busy and the service was very good so I’m not changing my rating for that reason. Also, they weren’t rough with my hair even though it’s curly and thick and they did a good job with detangling it carefully. I do appreciate these details because I’ve had bad experiences with this in the past in other places.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Experience! I had the best service, and my son was so happy! My son had his Year 3 school pictures today, and Daisy from the Watford branch was absolutely amazing. She had an appointment scheduled at 17:00, but instead of taking her break, she kindly took the time to cut my son’s hair and it turned out beautifully! I was so impressed that I immediately booked three more appointments for my whole family. From now on, I’ll be getting my hair cut by Daisy too! The service was exceptional we were offered delicious coffee and biscuits, and my children had such a lovely time in the salon. The design and atmosphere were beautiful, and everyone was so kind and professional. Thank you so much for an amazing experience! I’ll definitely recommend Daisy and the Watford branch to all my friends and to schools in Rickmansworth.

She was attentive, understood what I was after, offered great advice, and the cut and dry made me feel squeaky new again (great for the hair, warming for the soul)! I love my cut, and will definitely be coming back. Only salon in Watford with such a warm and welcoming approach. Great to see Poric, I got lucky with ace stylists today! Emma x

   I had long hair for over ten years. I decided that it was time for a change, and I raised money for Macmillan Cancer Support, and donated my hair to The Little Princess Trust. As soon as you walk in the salon, you're made to feel very welcome. Poric did an amazing job on my hair, and beard. He's a top hairdresser, as well as a really lurvly feller. I'm so happy with my new style. Will be returning. Highly recommend!

   Me and my mum were customers of Toni and guy Watford for 15 years - and there are some great staff here including Poric. However the manager Joe is rude and unprofessional. Both me and my mum separately had occasions where our hair was not done to standard and on both occasions Joe refused to help and was rude. It took going to Head Office for anything to be done and were both made to feel uncomfortable. Such a shame as was a great salon until Joe took over.

   I had been going to this salon for more than a decade and for the first time I felt they have loose the credibility. Poor service. Not gentle with hair wash before cuts. Didn’t follow the customer requirements. Entirely unhappy with the experience. Never going back again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

   Had my hair done by Poric..It was well done. He was so funny , felt like a new friend , full of bubbly personality. He knew a lot about hair. He fixed my hair which was messed up from another hair dresses from before. He gave the best head message ever! Such a a luxury experience. LOVING THE HAIR. Thank you again x

   I had a haircut with Courtney a week ago. I showed her pictures of the cut I wanted to have and she did a cut that looked nothing like it! I asked her about this but she finished my hair the way she was cutting and at the end said if you don't like it come back and have it fixed so just wanted to get rid of me as quick as she can! Looking at other reviews now she would have charged me again for fixing her mistakes! I have a long thick hair and it's like she just cut it straight with no layers which is what I asked for and it is very thick at the end. I asked for side fringe and all I have is two tiny bits of hair just cut blunt! Courtney is supposed to be the senior hairstylist with 20+ years of experience. She was very slow at cutting my hair and the layers are not consistent and even! At £58 is a total rip off! I would never go to this place again. If you are thinking of haircut this is not the place! The whole place seemed unfriendly and I wouldn't want to risk my hair by trying the other services!
