   I've been working with the M&C team, and Milla in particular, for more than a decade, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. For someone who struggled with their hair for years, I now elicit admiring comments when I'm out and about—and no one is more surprised, and thrilled, than I am! Every visit to M&C is fun and their prices are very competitive. Highly, highly recommended.

   A most welcoming & friendly hairdressers, I’ve been having my hair cut & styled by Milla for years and will continue to do so for years to come. I am always delighted with the results! Milla, Claudia & the team are very professional and understanding of everyone’s needs. They take time to get it right and make sure you are happy with the results. Not everyone comes in for a cut and blow dry, some clients I have seen while at M&C are dealing with hair loss or thinning hair and the results of the team were amazing ! I would defiantly recommend M&C to anyone young & old & all those in between, you will be in good hands. : )

   I would not recommend this salon for anyone with Asian black hair. Before booking, I even called ahead to confirm they had experience working with Asian hair, and they assured me they did. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. My stylist had to redo my colour twice, and it still looked nothing like the reference picture I provided. In 2025, salons should be able to work with all hair types, but this experience showed otherwise.

   Nice smart front to the shop and a few staff busy doing hair inside midweek afternoon. Prices shown in the window vary depending on who serves you and include men and boys as well as women or girls. You must make up your own mind as to what you want to pay for a haircut.

   I've had fantastic haircuts, colouring and balayage from the lovely team at M&C. Over the years, there has been a very low turnover of staff so there's always a familiar face to welcome you. The salon is an oasis of calm, efficient service - it's an absolute gem of a place, spotless and stylish, in a georgian looking shopfront on old Pinner High St.

   Got a bad vibe off the salon and mostly the owners of the place. Came in for an apprenticeship and they wernt professional at all no written contract no actual written paperwork or forms nothing. For a youngster it’s basic to be professional and give a written contract and schedule. Bad energy off milla
