   I usually pay £14 for my hair cut with the trainee stylist who has since left. I booked an appointment with the replacement trainee stylist. I brought £15 in cash with me but at the till i was told the price is £20 and apparently it was also this much back in September too when i last had my hair cut - even though I am certain I paid £14 then. The new trainee stylist subjectively seemed less experienced than my previous trainee stylist. She asked to get my hair cut checked by a more senior stylist and the feedback was that she didn’t raise the my hairdressing chair and was crouching over me, which is a rookie error. The more senior stylist also made small adjustments to my hair cut too (it was a straight cut with no layers so not the most technically challenging of styles). When I spoke to the manager to query the bill, she said that the price has been £20 since September which I know is not the case. She also said the new stylist is more experienced than my previous one, which as a lay person clearly didn’t seem like it. I didn’t have enough cash on me so embarrassingly had to go to the cash point to get more cash as this salon takes cash only. I know I paid £14 last time and I felt lied to when the manager said that wasn’t the case. I also felt lied to when the manager said the new stylist had more experience than my previous one when subjectively it didn’t seem like it. I won’t be coming back here again.

   I came in for a half head on honey blonde highlights and this was my results. They would not refund me and I’ve had to spend more than double what I paid to get it fixed

   I usually go to one hair dresser based in Luton! However due to an unfortunate accident I needed someone straight away. I walked to the salon and luckily they were open and available! I wore my mask, checked in via NHS venue app. I also had to bring my 11 month baby along but there was enough space and all safety protocols were met. The hair stylist advised me of the treatment and she did a fantastic job within 35minutes! On top of that staff were very helpful at keeping my baby entertained. A very helpful and friendly salon that offer a range of affordable treatments. Will definitely be going again soon. Thanks ladies!
