   Staff are lovely in the Mold store but the branch manager not so much. He should treat his staff better and stop firing people who don’t deserve it before the rest of them leave. He leaves his staff overwhelmed, understaffed and underpaid. Will be going to Huws Gray from now on.

   Just like to share what a top gent Ryan on tool hire mold TP is ! I’ve had total failure of a rotary laser level, this guy has gone over and above to sort me one out! Brilliant young man who couldn’t do enough to try and help me. A real ambassador for this company in customer service!
