   I had a wonderful experience of having my hair cut especially as I have curly hair by Katie who was really thoughtful and so kind too. My hair was in desperate need of TLC and I managed to get a last minute booking before Christmas! I think this is the best hair cut I have had and my curls looked really good. Thank you so much Katie, so much appreciated! Will be returning!

   Truly the BEST salon experience I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. With my regular hairdresser on maternity leave, I was scrambling for weeks trying to find someone with space. After hearing so many glowing recommendations about Scarlett Olivia, I gave them a call and I’m so glad I did. Scarlett was incredibly accommodating and did her best to squeeze me in. Luckily, Maddie had a last-minute cancellation (hallelujah!) From the moment I walked in, every single person was so warm and welcoming - I genuinely felt looked after the entire time. Maddie is exceptional at what she does. I had a full head of baby lights, toner, cut, and blow dry and every single part of her work is absolutely flawless. She walked me through every step, made sure I was happy throughout, and checked in to see that I was comfortable the whole way through. Not to be dramatic, but I’ve never left a salon this happy in my life. I actually cried happy tears when Maddie did the end reveal lmao. Thank you SO much ladies, you’ve genuinely made my day. Consider me a loyal client from here on out, I can’t wait to return

   I have been going to Scarlett Olivia for the last 3 years to get my hair cut and styled. I'm so glad I found such a great hair salon! Moving from the city of London to the outskirts I struggled to find a good hair salon and was so pleased when I found Scarlett Olivia.    First time appt today at this salon. Colour done by Maddy & a restyle by Scarlett, both ladies were absolutely amazing. So pleased with the results, Maddie has worked wonders with the colour & the results are exactly what I wanted & a great cut from Scarlett who really understood my hair. Cannot recommend both these ladies highly enough & will be my go to salon from now on. Thank you both for such a great job. x
