   My mum just got home from having her hair done here, and my gosh this is how they have left her!! She paid £105 for a wash cut and blow dry and also dye. She said the lady that cut her hair and dyed it was very nice and did a nice job however you cannot be paying £105 at a prestige salon like this one and coming out looking like that. My mum is not one to complain but as soon as she got in the car and I noticed it and she then had a look she was very upset. She is going on holiday and now we have to find a way to scrub all of this off.

   Conveniently located on the high Street of yiewsley. Stylist I got though looks very young but extremely professional. I like how the pricing works, can choose to pay a bit less if don't mind to work with a junior stylist. Definitely go back again.

   Highly recommended!! I went today and had a full head of foils and a cut ,I am so pleased with the service I received ,my stylist was great a lovely polite friendly pretty girl ,I can’t remember her name,I love my hair it’s the perfect colour WOW she got it right first time ever (impressed).I will return here again soon. 10/10 for customer service .. An enjoyable experience thank you xx

   The lady that did my hair really lacked personable and customer service skills. She lacked care for what I really wanted and didn’t even match the final results to what I wanted. I paid £70 for half head highlights when I heard her quote to her colleague for £50 for another customer for the same thong. My “highlights” look really patchy and it doesn’t even start from the roots. My hair currently looks brassy. Other hairdressers have been able to get the toner right and achieve no brassiness. I didn’t get the hairdresser’s name but you’d know who she is by her demeanour.
