   I come to Tangles Hair Boutique to get my nails done by Christina. She is the best nail technician around and I am always super happy with my nails. She also keeps very good hygiene standards and all the instruments used on your nails are unpacked in front of you. I always leave the salon with a smile on my face after my nails are done by Christina.

   I had my nails done here for the first time,christine done them gel overlay over my natral nails she done a fantastic job,but i can't get hold of her i need my nails redoing,my Texts dont go through and nither do my calls,and ive been trying to get through to the shop phone for two days now it just goes strait to awnser machine..not good for buissnes

   I liked the young girl that works there however, went to get my grey roots done. The hair was still Grey after an hour and something with it on.cost £35 I felt bad that I complained as I have never ever complained about a company before so left the young girl £5 tip. To top it off I had to sit and listen to two racist bigots about how great the country was before the foreigners .. I then had to listen to one of them say ‘I’m not a racist just my opinion’ wow no one battered an eyelid.. I was in shock . I had to say I came here have my hair done not to listen to racist debates on the country. Disappointed to say the least. I know staff and management cannot stop customers expressing their opinions and felt sorry for them but I would definitely not be going back . Overall really disappointed that my hair was not dyed and I still will have to get it done what a waste of time . Sam

   I came to tangles for the first time last month and had my hair cut by a lovely lady called Sharan. She did a brilliant job she’s cut it so much better than I’ve ever had it done before. She took her time and out so much effort in to her work. This is the only place I’ll go to for my hair going forward. Highly recommend

   Tangles is a friendly, fun and approachable salon to visit, Sarah the owner is really friendly and always makes you feel welcome. I normally get my nails done in here by Sophie and have great fun with all the staff. Would highly recommend for hair, boutique clothing & accessories, nails and so much more.
