   Visited once on my own, was ok. Got a decent haircut and service Second time... and never again! Prices for an adult and child (U10) hair cut come to £22 How did I get charged £28? Because both of us had a 0.5 on the bqck and the sides! What on earth?? If youre going to charge more than the listed price... tell the person whose paying beforehand that there is going to be an extra charge! Its pathetic! Never going back there again!

   Experience with haircut was ok previously, so visited to enquire about hair colour/highlights. The lady at reception was unfriendly and showed that she was not willing to do it. She assumed I was going for it for the first time and actually demotivated me so that I could not book in. Said I do not have an inspirational picture or anything and why I want to do it and where I want to go with my hair! Definitely not going there again as per her wish. Don't know what the problem was. I have never seen a business so keen to lose customers. She even suggested why I couldn't go to the business who coloured my hair before! I answered all her questions and in the end I said ok don't worry, I will find another saloon. I was not happy with the way I was treated.
