Excellent service and amazing attention to detail. The stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered a cut and style that exceeded my expectations. The salon has a clean, welcoming atmosphere, and I felt well taken care of the whole time
The Indian guy I spoke to was talking so rude on the phone like who does he think he is?? I asked for a perm and he tried telling me £75 when around the corner is only £60 and the people is so much nicer. See I wouldn't have mind paying that extra £15 pounds but all I asked for was a £5 discount because I was short, if he said no in a nice manner, it's cool not a big deal, but he started talking like I was a little kid and him mentioning we don't need you. Bunch of jokers
I love this place! Good hairdressers are like gold dust..and there are two here!! Both of the hairdressers in the ladies section have done my hair and both are excellent at what they do, and I'm v particular!! Simple, no frills salon with technically very brilliant hairdressers. Thank you!!
There is a lovely lady hair dresser in hounslow branch called “Ewa”. She is so professional, friendly and I experienced twice, she always goes above and beyond her efforts to do the best hair cut. Pays attention to details and I always recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you for your amazing service.

Had a haircut today, and it was done by a lovely lady (didn't get her name) but she was definitely the more senior one. She did an amazing job, I've never been more happier with a haircut since I moved here. I'm definitely coming back, and I hope I can make a prior appointment to make sure that she's available for when I go in. She's brilliant at her job.
