   The salon was absolutely stunning really clean really beautiful, Tara who was my hairstylist today was an absolute legend really patient really easy to engage with. I’m autistic and ADHD and I know sometimes I can be slightly difficult and I’m trying not to be. I explained to what I kind of wanted and I said I didn’t know all the terms. I just said my mum knew that layering was really good and I’d previously had a pixie cat because I like keeping my highest style so simple and yeah she delivered. I feel really good and definitely will be going back.

   New to the area saw the shop driving through the high street, so googled when I got home, had a patch test and consultation done, then booked up for full head hi lights and cut, really lovely salon relaxing atmosphere and decor, Andy was great so friendly and easy to chat with, his mum was lovely to felt like I’d been going there for years lol I’ll definitely be going back as I’ve found my new hairdressers, thank you so much everyone x

   I had the Fabriq treatment with Andy, and I am so pleased with the results! The salon itself was great and service excellent, but I'm most pleased with how easy my hair is to maintain post treatment. Really chuffed and would definitely recommend the salon.

   My experience at this salon was nothing short of appalling. From the very beginning, the hairdresser was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no interest whatsoever in listening to what I wanted. I came in with clear instructions, yet not only were they ignored, but I was made to feel as though my preferences and opinions were an inconvenience. The level of disregard and lack of basic courtesy was extremely disappointing. The service itself was rushed and careless, leaving me with a result that was the complete opposite of what I had asked for. What should have been a simple and enjoyable appointment turned into an experience that left me upset, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied. What is even more unacceptable, however, is the salon’s complete lack of accountability afterwards. I took the time to email and express my concerns politely, giving them the opportunity to acknowledge the poor service and at the very least offer an apology. To this day, I have received no response whatsoever. Ignoring a customer in this way is both unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. In all my years of visiting salons, I have never encountered such a shocking disregard for both customer service and basic professionalism. The combination of dismissive staff, poor service, and a refusal to even acknowledge complaints speaks volumes about the way this salon chooses to treat its clients. I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. There are many salons that take pride in their work and respect their customers—unfortunately, this is clearly not one of them.

   Really disappointing experience, with highlights that ended up stripey and the opposite of what I wanted. Terrible customer service when I brought it to their attention, being made to feel like it was my fault. The only suggestion to make up for it was for the same colourist to apply a toner, with zero empathy for why I wouldn't trust using her again! The attitude and customer service means I won't be using them again.

   I did not feel I had enough highlights put in. When I explained I wasn’t happy, my hairdresser said “I don’t do the brassy look, if yellow is what you want, maybe you should stand in a room full of smokers.” Another hairdresser offered more highlights.    Visited here for the first time today and my first haircut since losing from chemo and growing back. John cut my hair for me and was so understanding and did a fantastic job. Exactly what I wanted and came out of there absolutely thrilled with the results. Definitely made a loyal customer out of me now and I’ll be recommending them to all I know. Thanks!
