The semi-permanent colouring turned out fine, but unfortunately, the haircut was a real letdown. The layers are uneven and poorly blended, leaving the hair looking choppy and untidy. I don’t get the short layers! I asked the gentleman for long layers. I expected a more professional finish, so I was quite disappointed.
Honestly this hair salon is 10 out of 10! It’s family run business and all of them are so lovely and friendly! Steven has done an amazing job which is beyond what I would have expected! As my asian hair is quite dark and it’s quite a challenge for local hairdressers to lift my hair. But Steven has lifted my warm band really well! It’s quite blonde for 1 session! I reckon I can go more blonde even I have a few more sessions witj them. I feel like this is a very down-to-earth hair salon that doesn’t promote themself too much. But trust me, they are very experienced with their wonderful skills! Also, my balayage only took me 3.5 hours this time! I am crying cuz I’m so happy with the result!! My hair looks so beautiful even from the front!!! Highly recommend this hair salon! It’s the best on Chertsey high street!!! Had another appointment with Steven and this time I went for highlights. I am so gassed with the results!! So Happy! Thank you so much!
Excellent service!! People are really kind, it feels like visiting family when going there. I love getting my highlights done there. They all know their craft very well. I truly recommend them 100%.
I had a fantastic experience at this salon! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I didn’t have an appointment, but they still managed to fit me in without any hassle. The customer service was top-notch, and everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. Truly amazing staff and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!
Very welcoming and comfortable, I haven't been to a hair dressers in years as last time my hair was messed up, I can now say that this place will definitely be my go to as my hair looks and feels amazing and they did perfectly for what I asked for! I'd recommend anyone to come here.

First time visiting Alessandro's hair studio today and I'm so glad I did !!! My appointment was with Alex and he was very professional and took his time to listen to me and then provided his honest opinion on what he thought was best for my hair. I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. (very welcoming and friendly staff) I would highly recommend the hair studio to anyone considering a visit - I will definately be booking again soon :)
