   I was worried about going to the hairdressers as I have been suffering from stress alopecia. But the second I explained that to the stylist she put me at ease. She cut my hair and I feel amazing. She listen, understood what was best for my hair and was very supportive. Can't rate her high enough

   Frustrating experience. Went in with reference photos and stressed that I would like hair that was blended well, but was flexible on the shade of my hair as long as it was blended well and not to high contrast from my natural dark hair, but ended up with some well blended sections but also some chunky highlights and a unexpected high contrast money piece, which was a bit of a shock as in the past when I have asked for face framing this has not happened before. They were understanding about me wanting to come back in to try and fix the contrast so I came back in to have my hair toned which worked temporarily but I did worry that my hair was quite porous now as there are such light sections in it now, so a lot of the toner in these areas has gone which leaves me in the same position as before and this was about 4 days ago when I had it toned. Everyone was very nice but I’m now down £180 for the original visit plus the £48 for the fix and the other hairdressers I’ve been to are quoting about £160 for having it fixed. So it has been a very expensive mistake

   Joanna is phenomenal. She sat and asked me what I wanted gave me some amazing advice and probably one of the best cut and styles I’ve had in the country. She asked me about my hair and would recommend affordable and well rated products. Definitely returning to see her again.

   Just been to Headmasters today , i have been going for some years now. Maxine did a brilliant job of blending my colour with the colour of the ends so that i came out with a very subtle and natural looking colour. I felt amazing when i left. Thank you Maxine

   Wow what is going on with this salon. Really bad atmosphere with staff talking behind each other’s backs or about clients. Couldn’t work out what was going on. I have never experienced such an uncomfortable situation when having my hair done. I wasn’t happy with the colour of my hair as it was a lot lighter than I thought we had agreed. I couldn’t be bothered to get into a discussion about it as I just wanted to get out and go to another hairdresser to rectify.

   I want to thank both Laura and Alana for my bleach and tone. I'm naturally very dark haired so a bit dubious at first to go blond, but they welcomed me wonderfully and delivered a top service.    Another wonderful experience at Weybridge Headmasters yesterday. I’ve been going to Lisa for many years now and she is hands down the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She is incredibly talented and is so precise on all elements of colour and cut. I trust her wholeheartedly and I’m always delighted with the results. Lisa and her team are incredibly friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel special and pampered. No request is too big or too small and the experience is first class from start to finish. Highly recommend this salon to anyone.
